Farm-O-San AHS

Farm-O-San AHS is a water-soluble powder which contains all the supplemental ingredients a bird needs when it is exposed to elevated temperatures. It is a complete solution that contains the following key ingredients: Bicarbonate, which is a buffer that reduces the body pH to the desired level. Sodium and potassium, which the birds need to maintain their hydration status in the face of increased urine production. Vitamin C and magnesium, to reduce the cortisol levels and to maintain their oxidative status.
Product application
Ideally, Farm-O-San AHS should be used before birds start to show signs of discomfort. If the weather forecasts indicate an increase in temperature to 26°C or higher and high humidity levels, it is time to act. If Farm-O-San AHS is used on birds that are not yet showing signs of discomfort, the dose should be 1 kg per 1,000 litres of water.
If the temperature increase is sudden and the birds are already showing signs of discomfort, Farm-O-San AHS should be given at a higher dose of 2 kg per 1,000 litres of water.
